I'm sorry you felt that way. I'm curious though, with as professional as I actively try to remain, what exactly did I do to make you feel uncomfortable? I really do like to avoid making the same mistake twice and would love to know how to avoid this. I am more than willing to address any valid complaint and reimbursement is more than possible, but it's hard to do that if I don't know who you are or what actually happened.
