After experiencing my own lower back trauma at the age of 20, I decided to dedicate my life to helping people deal with the ramifications associated with it and how it can impact your daily routine. I studied Neuromuscular Reprogramming (NMR) for 4 years and have worked in the therapeutic/holistic treatment field for 8 years. I have worked closely with my clients and their Physicians, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Personal Trainers and Acupuncturists to help give my clients much needed relief and/or tools to help control pain in their daily lives.
I am focused on helping create simple movement patterns that counter the repetitive, sedentary functions required of most people (lifting, sitting at a desk, typing/mouse, looking at different screens, driving etc...) in their everyday routine. I combine NMR with some massage, exercise, stretching techniques and even Restorative Yoga poses.
I can help you feel better not only today, but for a long time to come, based on my many years of experience, background, knowledge and ultimately guidance about how the body can and should move!!
