As a fitness enthusiast, personal trainer, amateur bodybuilder, and practitioner of Tai Chi & QiGong, massage was a natural way to deepen my understanding of the body and use my interests to help others.
I completed massage school in Richmond in 1996, and have been working with clients for almost 20 years. Over the years, I've added grown as a therapist and fitness trainer, learning and adding skills and incorporating complimentary healing techniques in my work with clients.
As a trainer many of the clients I work with are interested in deep tissue sports massage sports massage

The amount of pressure varies with the clients. The benefits do not rely on excessive force but in matching the pressure to the the needs of the client. Clients can continue to practice acupressure on themselves between sessions and learn to treat recurring problems.
