The hot towels were placed on me rather unexpectedly and were sort of too hot and startled me. Overall, it was a very good massage and I would return. The "massage music" was fine but a little too loud, but I could've said something so that's on me.

Hi Francesca,
The hot towel under my neck aggravated my neck condition, it needed stretching not compressing, and the hot towel aggravated the inflammation in my foot. The rest of the massage did not loosen up any tight muscles, so overall I really did not feel better. After icing my foot for 2 days it is back to where I was, but my neck is not. Overall basic massage was good, but I need more than maintenance.

Francesca is great! The massage room is decorated really nice with relaxing lighting, colors, and music. She uses locally made lotion with essential oils that smell amazing.
