About Us
Since graduating from the New York Institute of Massage in 2005, Lizzy has worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a variety of settings, from a physical therapy practice, to a five diamond hotel, enabling her to collect an array of tools to better serve her clients at Reno Integrative Massage. Throughout her years of practice, Lizzy has participated in many hours of continuing education courses pertaining to deep tissue techniques, medical massage, Thai massage and cupping therapies. Her style is a mix of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques making her treatments the perfect blend to calm the body and mind. This was my second session with Lizzy, the first was fantastic, this second session was by far the best massage I have ever had. I would give her 10 stars if possible. Lizzy is professional and highly skilled. She listened to my concerns & paraphrased to be sure we were on the same page. When I went in, I had neck/shoulder/arm pain. By the time I left, the discomfort had totally dissipated. I’m looking forward to getting more bodywork done by Lizzy. She is AMAZING!

Lizzy is amazing! If you have any aches or pains, try the Therapeutic Massage. She knows just how to loosen up those tight muscles and stress spots. Massage room is quiet, clean and pleasant. The best massage I've ever had! I keep coming back because she is so good!

Not only did Lizzy give me a great massage, but she took the time to talk to me about why I might be having back pain and what I could do to help it. She checked in with me to make sure the pressure was consistently good and the light stretching she did on me felt amazing. I could feel pressure in my body releasing as she massaged!
