Massage therapy that meets you where you are—literally and figuratively.
Before becoming a massage therapist and starting The Vitruvian Method, I worked for over five years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in behavioral health, physical rehab, and in-home care. That hands-on experience gave me a deep respect for the human body—how it breaks down, adapts, and heals.
I don’t believe massage is one-size-fits-all. Every session I give is tailored to your body and your goals, whether you’re managing pain, recovering from stress, or just need to reset. I focus on intentional work that helps you reconnect with your body and move through life feeling more balanced.
Outside of massage, I’m usually hiking, reading, or spending time with my family (and my dog). I believe real wellness is about tuning in—not checking out—and that’s what I aim to bring to every session.
