Personalized Deep/Focused

A customized session based on individual goals, this session is intended to manage and reduce pain, relieve tension, increase mobility, and aid in injury prevention/rehabilitation. 75 minute sessions will generally be focused to one to two specific areas. Modalities used may include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Directional Focus, Movement Assessment, Myofascial Release, Active/Passive Release, and others.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage

Every pregnancy is unique, so a personal consultation will target the specific needs of your changing body through each stage, whether it be a gentler soothing technique, or more targeted deep work. Hypoallergenic, unscented oil or cream is used, although lavender is commonly regarded as safe for use during pregnancy and is available upon request. This massage is performed in a side lying position, so please provide 2-3 standard pillows for comfortable positioning.
