Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by " laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy " flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy " is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if high, we are more capable of being healthy and happy. Reiki healing assists in the flow and balance of positive energy.

As a life coach, I guide you to a deeper understanding of your inner passion and purpose. We also work through obstacles that get in the way of what you truly desire. Often times, these obstacles are our own inner critics and worries. Once you are able to see and fell all your possibilities, even in difficult circumstances, your confidence will soar, and your goals will be reached faster. I can also assist in transformation through activities such as the creative arts and nature-based healing.
