We are sorry our approach to massage did not work for you. We've been in practice for almost 5 years and have never received this type of feedback before. It would have been helpful to tell us who your Therapist was so we could consider accordingly even if you didn't want to reveal who you were. Whatever the case though we try but we certainly cannot please everyone. Sorry you ended up being one not pleased. Hope you find the right Therapist for you.

We customize our massages to what each person requests. If there is something that needs to be adjusted please let us know and we will. We are not Mind Readers so if you don't speak up about any specific concern while having your massage we will simply never know. We are sorry that your experience is less than what you were hoping for. FYI: We do not use or support deep-tissue guns. we do have another tool that we use and explain the difference will seeking approval prior to using.?

We will take a serious look at the cluttered part though we are not sure where that comes from. Irene does several different types of massage and needs resources for them. Not sure if hat is what is being spoken of. But we are at a complete loss as it relates to "cat blanket." We would have no need for a cat blanket as we have no cat. We appreciate the support as it relates to the actual massage received.

We do offer prayer. Yes, we have add-on’s and do market research. We never push our products but do talk about them at least enough to let people know they exist. Per Google the liberator is well received by most, see Google. We customize everything to each individual but cannot do so for people that don’t speak up. Yes, we do encourage tips. Business owners have far more expenses than other providers. We are aware that we cannot possibly be the answer for everyone.
