It was the best massage ever. I won't be having the CryoFacial again as I suffered an allergic reaction to what must have been the lotion Irene used on my face. She read me the ingredients due to I have a severe allergy to coconut. None was listed. But I got dizzy,nauseous, threw up, my face swelled up, my eyes swelled almost shut. This is exactly the reaction I have to topical coconut products. Luckily it wasn't anything I had to ingest as that is life threatening. In no way was Irene @ fault, she did everything right. She even sent Guy to the store to get olive oil for my massage as all their oils contained coconut oil in the ingredients.
Guy really knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and very passionate. I went in with some neck/shoulder/arm pain and ge listened to my issues and addressed them. I really appreciate the attention he paid to my issues.

This isn't just about a massage. My mobility is being restored following a fall down a flight of stairs. This couple is knowledgable about ways to restore health to the human body! Diet, exercise and products to help with every issue! I'm a grateful client!

Guy is a dedicated vegan, who prefers natural remedies to treat root causes of physiological problems, instead of turning to medication to merely treat symptoms. When he learned in December 2017 he was suffering from high blood pressure (hypertension), he turned to massage as a potential answer for his problem. Rather than engage massage as a client, Guy chose to become a massage practitioner and enrolled in the Black Hills School of Massage in Hermosa, SD. He is now licensed to provide Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage among other modalities. He, and his wife Irene who is also a massage practitioner, have joined forces with the Black Hills Health & Wellness in Rapid City where they provide clients with comforting relief from body aches and pains. All of the above mentioned extras just got in the way of getting a good massage. so it’s hard for me to be completely positive about the experience. Focused mostly on area I came to address … although I asked not to touch hands and wrist due to ongoing injury. but he kind of pushed for it at one point. I think more traditional work could have been done on my neck like repetitive movement to loosen muscle. I wish I would’ve skipped the power tool massage gun or whatever they call them and done a little more research on that. it makes me nervous and I might lead to other issues - like what about your organs and if you have kidney stone issues or if like a person has plaque in the arteries I have no idea I would have to do research on this type of gimmick. I’m not a professional. I have never encountered anything of that shape or form in any massage that I’ve ever had. It seems like a substitute for a traditional highly skilled massage which I think the skill was there but I never had the chance to experience it fully so i can’t comment completely. They were too many negative things that got in the way of getting just a great massage unfortunately. They could use updated manage

Not sure if hat is what is being spoken of. But we are at a complete loss as it relates to "cat blanket." We would have no need for a cat blanket as we have no cat. Without all intrusive and pushy things I think there is potential for good massage. Never had someone ask if they could say a prayer over me. Very odd. I wanted to leave! Have never been asked where I found biz on the internet and what I typed in the Google search. I’m here to get a massage I’m not your marketing manager. No! I have never had products pushed on me the minute I got in the room. Here try this. But then if you want me to use it us $10 more. felt pressured and manipulated I’ve never encountered the power tool like Massage gun? I said OK - in hindsight I should’ve researched to ensure safety. that it was safe. Gimmick. Gets in way of hood masssge.. I’ve never had anyone mention tipping at the end of a massage. We do offer prayer. Yes, we have add-on’s and do market research. We never push our products but do talk about them at least enough to let people know they exist. Per Google the liberator is well received by most, see Google. We customize everything to each individual but cannot do so for people that don’t speak up. Yes, we do encourage tips. Since we were new they, of course, ran through the normal "getting to know your medical issues" questionnaire. Once they knew what we expected and needed, they were excellent. I was not told about the tool the therapist used until I arrived for my appointment. It seemed to work during this session however immediately following, I noticed my pain level increasing, I couldn’t breathe and I was under extreme duress crying. He had to get the chiropractor to lodge my ribs back in place So I could breathe again. I’ve never experienced anything like this massage before And I get at least six massages a year. The masseuse rarely used his hands and used a vibrating tool instead. I asked where his training was and he was closed about it. I will not go back and I do not recommend. I rated professionalism low because he was not forthcoming on his training and he was trying to sell me another appointment as I was increasingly becoming distressed with pain and crying.

I highly recommend Graceful Touch Massage. Guy is very knowledgeable in trigger point massage. I was in a lot of pain and had limited mobility with my arm and shoulder. By the end of the massage I could move my arm again. I was worried the massage would be very painful since I was in so much pain, but the massage wasn’t painful and Guy was able to release the trigger points through muscle therapy instead of deep tissue massage. It was a great experience.

Did not care for the google review hard sell. I felt that was more important to the practitioner than the patient. Allow your clients to review as they see fit - do not ask them to do it after the services. That really was a poor way to end an otherwise awesome experience.

I have had many Swedish massages and they always use pressure during them to rub the muscles. When I asked her to increase pressure she wanted to charge me an additional $25. It seemed they just kept wanted to upcharge my massage.

Guy came in on his day off to give me a massage when i was having severe back pain. I was a new patient who could barely walk into the facility. He gave me the most intense massage i had ever had without causing pain like massages I've had in the past! When he was done my pain was greatly reduced and i was able to work the next day. Something i wouldn't have been able to do if i hadn't got the massage!

Very weird overall. It’s located inside the water store which was super odd to me. Had me leave all clothing on, lights were on, weird sound blocking foam all over the door and walls, wanted to have a conversation for the first 10 mins which I was not into, very hard to get relaxed because the atmosphere and frankly the fact that the massage table was in a storage closet of a business was just creepy. After massage they tried to sell me water. Not like a water bottle but they legit sold water and once again, super odd. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
