Always including some ROM and a comfortable stretch for joint mobility and muscular re-education.

*Safe practice! We are taking additional COVID precautions: marker testing/rapid testing, mask wearing, outdoor sessions where possible and booking clients one treatment plan at a time with a 5 day span between each new treatment plan.
