I enjoy providing alternative pain relief and relaxation to my clients through integrating the different modalities I have studied. I relieve pain from sciatica, frozen shoulder, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, low back pain, and the list goes on and on... I do this by taking the best of what I find from each modality and combining them to give my clients relief in from their affliction. I find this approach to be most beneficial to the majority of people I see. Massage is not an exact science and thus I make no claim to the ability of massage to guarantee pain relief. However, the majority of my clients do experience relief.

I provide massage therapy at Jon Chelle's Day Spa in Rocky Mount, NC and through Knead 60 Massage Therapy, where I am also the owner. I m also available to work with area chiropractors. Although I am located in eastern NC, I do travel across the state to provide massage therapy services where needed.
