comfortable cozy room, soft rug, nice smelling sheets, yummy smelling oils.. I was in much pain before massage, some after, woke up next morning with almost NO pain. I'd say it was excellent work :)

I am amazed at the amount of increased movement in my shoulders. I was not able to pull them back for good posture and maintain it. I now sit up much straighter without much effort. Thank you Julie
