I had injured my back the day prior to my appointment and was hesitant to keep it.. Stacy was awesome, she was able to relieve some of my pain and showed me a few stretches to continue doing at home. I love that she is a professional Athletic Trainer as well as a massage therapist - a great combination! I know my body was cared for by knowledgable hands with years of experience! I will definitely return in the future!

I enjoyed the ambiance in the room. The chairs, blankets, music all came together to make a full experience. The salt on it's own would have been beneficial but to add these things and make it 45 minutes of real meditation like time was perfect! Will be back soon!

I was feeling really stuck and disconnected. I didn't share this prior to my appointment. During my crystal healing reiki session with Cindy, she was able to identify that my root and solar plexus chakras were out of balance. That information validated how I was feeling physically and emotionally.
I woke up this morning feeling open and energized. Having the insight into which chakras to focus on and expand allows me to continue working on them on my own.
She's a gifted reiki practitioner who is able to seamlessly incorporate the power of crystals into the healing session. I would highly recommend a session with Cindy to regain balance and harmony and a sense of well-being and calm!

I've been to Complete Wellness twice. Once for a mini recharge and then for a full reflexology appointment. Both times were a wonderful experience. Stacy and Tracy talked through the benefits of the services I was receiving. They never pushed additional services on me but did offer additional recommendations if I was interested but not in a pushy way. Its a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

The entire experience was so relaxing! I even fell asleep in the comfy recliner with warm blankets listening to tranquil music. The room is beautifuly decorated with salt!
