I believe that we have within ourselves the power to transform and heal what ails us.  I provide a safe, nurturing space and deep therapeutic treatment that, when combined,  bring about real, lasting holistic changes for your physical, intellectual, and spiritual being.

After graduating from Massage Connection School of Natural Healing in 2011 as Valedictorian of my class,  I was fortunate to be hired on by two of our region’s most prominent chiropractors-Dr. Lorri Nichols of NW Chiropractic and Wellness (winner of Chiropractor of the Year, 2011) and Dr. Jason Stockton of Tacoma Family Chiropractic (continual winner of South Sound Magazine’s annual “Best of the South Sound” for chiropractic care).  I was honored to have been awarded the “Best of the South Sound-Massage Therapy” title in 2013.  In addition to my own deepening work as a therapist, I have also instructed in the theory and practice of massage therapy at NW Academy for the Healing Arts in the lovely Stadium District of Tacoma, WA.

When not providing care in any of my offices, you can find me backpacking and hiking in our glorious mountain ranges, climbing at the local bouldering gym, practicing yoga, curled up with a book and a cup of tea, or just enjoying time and laughter with my beautiful family.
