About Us
Maren DeGroat is a NYS licensed Massage Therapist for 17 years and a life long resident of Dutchess County, New York. She received her certification from The Finger Lakes School of Massage Therapy in 2003. She also has an Associate's Degree in Exercise Science Wellness and Fitness, an Associate's Degree in a Physical Therapist Assistant Program, and a level I certification in Fascial Stretching (Stretch to Win). Maren has been practicing massage for 17 years. She has worked with different types of athletes from weekend warriors, Ironman and WWE wrestler from 2014-2015 to the stressed mother and hard workers.

I had a pinched nerve and Maren figured out the problem in no time! She knew what to do and how to help relieve it. I have been to her before and have never been disappointed. She is one of the most skilled massage therapists I have ever been to. She cares about her clients, and really knows her stuff. My husband goes to her too!

I have had 3 massages so far. Maren’s hands are magical ! I have SI joint issues. An added benefit is, Maren is also a PT, she integrates her PT knowledge into her sessions. She is a knowledgeable and a caring person. I can’t wait to go back to her for my next sessions!!

I asked for a firm massage. I like the feeling of pressure and vigor to loosen my muscles. I left feeling loose and the next day I felt comfortably relaxed and tender. Maren did exactly what I wanted and beyond. Intermittently, while she was upholding my request, she also offered a softer touch in contrast! Cannot wait for my next visit!
