Expect Miracles! I've been treating pain issues for 35 years and also teach Myofascial Therapy seminars.

Treatment is not only Manual, but also includes different modalities depending on your particular issues. I start with Vibration using a massager to release the tight Superficial Fascia, then Trigger Point Pressure Release and Fascial Manipulation. Frequency Specific Microcurrent and MicroLight 830 Cold Laser are also used to decrease pain, inflammation and swelling. This helps to keep the treatment at a tolerable level, so you will not re-tighten.

Once the Fascia and Muscles are released and gently stretched to their full normal length, we align the joints using gentle traction and Muscle Energy Techniques, which means your own Fascia/Muscles align your body and joints. This is how ...

I graduated from the Bonnie Prudden School of Physical Fitness & Myotherapy in June 1983 and opened NM Myotherapy & Exercise in January 1984.I became a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist in March 1991 when the National Association of Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists gave the first exam.
In 2000, the American Institute of Myofascial Studies was born and George Pellegrino and I began teaching Myofascial Therapy seminars and graduating Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapists.
I moved back to RI where I was born and raised in 2017 and have been treating people with pain issues in Portsmouth, RI.
I'm still passionate about giving people their lives back.
