Massage therapy has been an important part of my self care and has really allowed me to keep doing the activities I love. I definitely recommend Katherine for a great massage! I was lucky to get a massage within 2 days of booking as someone cancelled an appointment. The pressure was right - and i felt so relax after the massage. She added cupping as I felt in the past helped me to release some areas in my back.

Katherine was wonderful! Considering doing her monthly program. She is friendly and uses the right amount of pressure but makes sure she’s using pressure that your comfortable with. Ambiance is great.
