I graduated from the Boulder School of Massage in 1995 and practiced massage in chiropractic clinics until 2001. I worked mostly with auto accident clients and also with Project Angel Heart, a program for people with terminal illness. I also work with a few other community based health initiatives.

I put the massage on hold until 2013 although I was active most years  in Vermonts 'ride for the cure' in Castleton  where I did sports massage each year.

I now provide massage services from my St John street office. White Water Massage provides massage sessions tailored to individual clients rather than a 'one size fits all' generic session. My focus is orientated toward deeper tissue and structural issues. WWM is located in Portland and have both ample parking and elevator service . WWM shares room with Maine Community Acupuncture.


I've worked on a wide variety of people and conditions ranging from whiplash to cancer and AIDS to MS and fibromyalgia . I've even had a service dog sit under my table as I worked on their person!


One of my primary goals with WWM is to make a business that runs on the routine maintenance model rather than injury model.

1. My normal rate is 65 /hr
2. If you prepay then the rate drops to $45/hr !
Details: You pay 225 for a transferable card which is good for five one hour sessions. It is only good for six months to encourage people not to forget about the card. It is non refundable however it can be used by anyone. Yes, you can get a group together to buy a card and then share it.
3 For each new person you refer (after seeing me once of course) who purchases a paid session you'll receive a session for five dollars.
