I graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist from Southern California Health Institute and practice mainly in the modalities of sports and deep tissue massage. While maintaining a strong clinical relationship with clients, I work to rehabilitate clients with soft tissue manipulation. I see continuous success in pain management and improving range of motion in my clients. I also strive to make self-care more accessible to my clients and am committed to sharing my ideas about effective and useful home-care techniques.
