Nearing the completion of my Bachelors in Music Performance from the University of Southern Maine I began having performance anxiety attacks in which I would pass out on stage. I began my studies at SpaTech Institute in September 2014 as part of their Holistic Massage Career Program where I not only gained the knowledge to be a Licensed Massage Therapist, but also a Certified Polarity Practitioner.
