Rejuvenation Therapeutic Massage is an independently owned massage studio established in March 2020, solely operated by Lydia Walsh, LMT. Rejuvenation is located inside of Creekside Wellness Center in Portage, MI.
I have always had a passion for helping others, whether it be physically or emotionally, and holding space for others through touch has been a natural source of comfort for as long as I can remember.

As a young child, I lived with debilitating migraines for almost 12 years of my life. Massage therapy was one of the few things that could bring me comfort. This is what ultimately ignited a passion for me to help others in their quest to live as happy, pain-free, and as comfortable as possible.
I believe that massage therapy is not only a form of relaxation to unwind from all of life's obstacles but also a valuable tool to help ease pain both short-term and long-term. My main goal is to be a conduit for my clients' healing processes while providing a safe and supportive atmosphere.
When you are at Rejuvenation, you are in a safe zone. My space respects all aspects of people including race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, socioeconomic backgrounds, age, religion, body shapes, size, and abilities.
Education & Career
Channeling my desire to help others, I began my bodywork journey in 2011 at the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts, Institute for Massage Education. From there I have worked in both spa and medical settings, expanding my knowledge of relaxation and chronic pain relief.
Through this time, I have gained certification in Neuromuscular Cupping Therapy, Facial Cupping, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and so many other countless hours of Continuing Education. I am passionate about practicing "massage with a purpose", customizing each session to your specific needs using a variety of modalities to help you in your journey of health and wellness.

Me? Relax? Never! Well, maybe sometimes. Shout out to Lydia for helping me feel relaxed for a whole hour & leaving me feeling most excellent. I hold alllll of my tension in my shoulders and I feel so great after my massage yesterday!! Lydia did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable & she provides a really great environment for relaxation and just all around good vibes. She is incredibly professional & makes a safe space for her clients. 10000% recommend booking your massage!!

Lydia is very talented! I always feel so relaxed once I’m in the room, it’s a great atmosphere. Lydia is open to adjustments with the table and the environment as well. My massages are always amazing and always go by way too fast. I will keep coming here for as long as I live in the area!

Lydia is incredible! She always makes me feel like a new person when I leave. I recommend her to my patients because of her incredible work and kindness. I had the facial cupping my most recent appointment and it is so worth trying if you haven’t yet.
