Located at the Sherwood Inn, True North MVMNT is dedicated to getting you moving towards your happiest and healthiest self! We provide professional Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Esthetic services for all ages and backgrounds.

Our experienced staff of Massage Therapists are able to offer you everything from incredible massage to de-stress to the treatment and rehabilitation of injuries. Our Registered Acupuncturist provides amazing personalized treatment for anti-aging, digestion, injury, stress and more!

Our estheticians will give you a relaxing pampering experience from fingers to toes.

As an acupuncturist I always do my best to provide an effective and relaxing treatment. I take great pride in being a member of the CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario) after graduating with honors from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy in 2018
Acupuncture first interested me through its ability to be beneficial for many ailments from muscular to digestive to mental and emotional health and sometimes, or oftentimes they can all relate and effect each other.
It is my job to find the root cause so we can treat the stem, or stems that are causing the stress or discomfort.
As with anything in life it is through dedication we begin to see lasting results. With each treatment we will be able to see longer lasting results with the ultimate goal being not having to receive treatments for anything other than maintaining good health.
I truly believe in the holistic properties of acupuncture and am still amazed by the practice and the effects it has on the body
