Katharine enrolled in massage school in 2015 at Virginia College in Savannah. While still in school, she completed continuing education in Thai Bodywork with Michael Sitzer. Since finishing school, Katharine has worked in local spas and wellness centers and taken continuing education in Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes. She opened her independent practice in April 2019.
Katharine is an intuitive massage therapist who understands the importance of addressing the mind-body connection and energetic systems, in addition to the physical structures, in order to maintain holistic wellness. Her passion is getting people involved in their own healing through regular bodywork, and she believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal itself when properly supported.
