I take a holistic approach with massage and am trained in multiple modalities to help achieve your goals for the session. I use tools such as postural analysis, gait assessment, ROM measurements, and energetic intuition to determine the best way to help your body run at its optimal level. I currently offer trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, lymphatic drainage, aromatherapy, hot towels, and reiki healing sessions. With a wide variety of training that is constantly being expanded upon, I am confident we can build the perfect customized treatment plan for you! Therapeutic Massage

In a therapeutic massage session I will combine various modalities such as cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive stretching, and others to help you reach your goals for the treatment. That being said, you do not need to be in acute or chronic pain to benefit from a therapeutic session! I utilize many modalities that are also very relaxing to the body and mind.

Prenatal Massage

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Kundalini Reiki Healing

Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. Kundalini Reiki works to clear the chakras while also releasing physical and emotional blockages.

Therapeutic Massage w/Reiki

This is a therapeutic massage with a 10 minute Reiki cleanse and charge added for a total time of either 70 Minutes or 100 Minutes. Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. I went in for a prenatal massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Marisa’s pressure was perfect and helped relax my tight muscles from growing a human. I will be recommending her to my family and friends. I rarely write reviews but when it is such a positive experience like I had, I wanted to share. Also enjoyed the ambiance of the room, just enough light to see but dark enough to relax. The Christmas tree was a nice touch for the holiday season.
