I've been having massages for almost 3 decades and Kristin is amazing. She's always staying up to date with current and new practices so every massage is different and she will focus on the areas that really "need it" rather than just doing everything routinely. She's also excellent at managing the practice and only hires amazing therapists.

The Sanctuary is a very nice place - simple, very comfy, very relaxing. Lots of parking and amazing massage therapists. I have one regular massage therapist (Kristin) but even if she's not available on my normal scheduled days, I've been able to see other therapists and none of them have ever disappointed me.

The lighting, sounds, and scents are all very welcoming and create a relaxing experience. The individual massage rooms have massage tables with comfy, clean and luxurious linens. Fresh water and a warm towel help to melt away the stress after your session. The spa environment will make you extremely comfortable.
