Our therapists are directed to check in with the client but also be alert to when the client is relaxed and honor their quiet time also. Sorry for the distraction during the massage. We can set you in another room with Vince for future sessions or when the chiropractor is not treating. I believe the lights are on a dimmable switch in that room, but I will get a small low light lamp. Do you have a particular artist or style of music you prefer? Let your therapist know, especially in front massage room we have Alexa and you can choose. Working on getting Alexa in back room too. We want you to enjoy every aspect of your service

Hello Amber, I apologize that you were not satisfied with our session. I am happy to apply a discount or additional time to make up for the short session. We do provide a full hour session and apologize that we made an error in scheduling to tightly which shortened the time available to you.
