Swedish/Relaxation Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Expect treatment to start with gentle pressure that gradually works deeper into the tissues.

Clinical Massage

Medical massage incorporates many techniques to address muscle and skeletal issues diagnosed by a doctor. This massage type would be used to treat specific muscular injuries. Specific questions will be asked before treatment can be scheduled. proof of medical clearance for massage treatment may be required.

Chair Massage - Personal

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. Healing Note Massage Therapy can provide chair massage for those who may not be able to lie on a massage table, or who are uncomfortable with table-massage.

Chair Massage - Event

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. For Events, sessions are 15-minutes long, therefore 4 sessions per hour. If you need more than 16 sessions (which would take more than 4 hours), I will employ another therapist, and price will be negotiated upon contact.

Clothes-on Swedish/Deep Tissue

Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. This version is clothes-on, and is best for those who are not comfortable taking their clothes off for a classic massage.
