Short on time or just need a quick fix? This session is great for people on the go or has that kink in their muscle that needs to be worked out. With 30 minutes, we can focus on certain muscle groups to give you great relief.

With this option, choose from a full body massage or specific muscle groups only. After the massage consultation and learning about your specific needs, I will tailor a customized plan exclusively for your needs and concerns. This will include a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and assisted stretching in which helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage

During pregnancy, changes in hormonal levels, weight, and posture can be a result of discomfort and emotional stresses can arise. This massage focuses on alleviating pain, tension, and creates an overall relaxation experience for mothers-to-be. Specially-designed cushions and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

It all began with growing up and learning from my family that helping others is a part of who I am.
Upon graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Psychology and a minor in Kinesiology, I’ve experienced my first massage. Clueless and unsure of what was going on, I knew massages were meant to feel amazing and what else could better relief stress from finals? After listening to my therapist’s journey on how she became one, I wanted to explore the idea of what it meant to change lives.
I did some research on the benefits of massage and how and why the body can simply feel so relaxed and rejuvenated simply through touch. I quickly immersed myself into the Cortiva Institute School of Massage Therapy where I was connected to a community where I learned that massage is so much more than just a feel good feeling. It’s a way for you to be in tune with your body, to be body aware, and by listening to your body; it can be a way to live a healthier lifestyle.
I always had an interest in human anatomy and how it works. I want to educate people on the benefits of massage and make an impact on peoples lives.

I'm a runner and I am always grateful when I get the stretch too because I'm always so lazy to stretch on my own. I have a lot of tension on my legs from running she even though it is painful and the worst when she works on my calves, Cindy is always patient and ready to take on the challenge even if it means I might accidentally kick her in the face. Highly recommend Cindy especially after long races, she helps massage all the knots and tension out for good recovery!

Cindy is incredible! I get a lot of massages, and this was far and away one of the absolute best. I asked for deep tissue and, wow, did I get deep tissue. I actually had to ask her to ease up once or twice, which was a first for me. Cindy talks through what you want first, and then seriously delivers. The stretching at the end was great, too. Cindy is very professional, It was my first experience with a certified massage therapist. There was good communication to figure out what is bothering me and she focused more on the muscle groups that were bothering me. I am a Software Developer, so I sit in front of a computer 8 hours a day, and I my posture is not the best. My shoulder and back were both very stiff before getting the massage, and I feel a ton better, and more energized after receiving the customized massage. This was my first massage with Cindy. I brought her tight traps, strained glutes and hamstring tendinitis. Little did I know I would add some angry hip flexors to the mix. Cindy knows the body and her style of massage was a little different than I’m used to which ended up being a nice change of pace. Her space is warm and inviting. She began our massage getting to know me and my issues then in turn explained exactly what the next 90 minutes would bring. I left feeling great and in fact, was able to ride my bike the next day, something my hamstrings haven’t let me do for a few weeks. I will definitely be visiting Cindy again in the near future !!

I was confused at first when I walked into the studio. It is a pilates place in the front and then there is a small place in the back where you get massaged. Cindy was amazing! Hands down the best massage I have gotten in awhile. My mid-back and legs were full of knots so scheduled an appointment. When i arrived I was greeted and led to a waiting room where I filled out some forms. Cindy asked me a few questions about the areas of focus. She was overall very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. During the massage she made me feel completely relaxed and appreciated the focus on the problematic areas we discussed earlier.
