Welcome! I believe that every person can benefit from receiving regular therapeutic massage. My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual to their specific needs. I enjoy mixing different modalities of massage such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a Massage Therapist. Deep Tissue Massage

It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point massage focuses on releasing trigger points, which are small, tight knots that develop in muscles that may even cause pain in other areas of the body (an effect known as “referral pain”). Trigger point massages involve applying direct pressure to trigger points, which can be uncomfortable or painful at first (of course, your therapist will talk to you through the session to make sure they don’t use too much pressure). Our mission as Licensed Massage Therapists is to treat every individual to their specific needs. We have a lot of clients that think having pain daily is normal but we don’t agree! Having muscular pain daily or weekly can be caused by muscles being over used, over worked or just not being taken care of properly. You use them every second of the day so regular massages are needed to live a pain free life or manage chronic pain. We have also researched Trigger Points and discovered that they are the most misdiagnosed condition today!! Lucky for you guys, we can help!! Nicole makes the experience relaxing and comfortable. She is knowledgeable and listens to you about problems areas and give you pointers on how to help fix them. Excellent massage!
