After almost nine years of being in the corporate world of massage I decided to venture out on my own. My treatments are customized to each individuals needs.
I am certified in Thai Massage after a 24 hour CEU course. Thai massage is a combination of stretching, acupressure, and energy work combined.
I specialize in Migraine and Headache Prevention and Treatment, in this treatment we are completely focused on head neck and shoulders.
I have taken courses in Prenatal Massage for Today’s Modern Pregnancy. This session is inclusive to all pregnant people, and can help relieve stress, reduce insomnia, increase oxytocin, reduces cortisol, can relieve round ligament pain, and so much more.

I would tell a friend that if they have any pain at all and nothing seems to alleviate it, they NEED to go to Jessica and get the kinks worked out. I learned things about my body that I never knew, and it was amazing to wake up this morning able to walk with about half as much pain as I normally have.
