At the heart of Hena Rizvi’s massage therapy practice is a deeply personal understanding of healing as a slow, relational, and embodied process. Shaped by her own experiences with grief, burnout, trauma, and recovery, Hena approaches the body with the same care she brings to storytelling: listening closely, honoring what is present, and allowing space for what has been held for too long. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and met where we are—without pressure to perform or push through.
Drawing from Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, and Somatic Release, Hena offers sessions that are trauma-informed, intuitive, and collaborative. Having navigated her own traumatic brain injury and long-term healing journey, she brings a nuanced sensitivity to nervous system regulation, gentle touch, and the subtle language of the body. Her sessions are especially supportive for those seeking relief from stress, chronic tension, emotional overwhelm, or the impacts of trauma—people who are looking not just for bodywork, but for a practitioner who understands healing as a whole-person experience. In each session, Hena holds space with presence and care, creating an environment where the body can soften, reconnect, and begin to restore itself in its own time.
