Everyone experiences some form of discomfort and/or pain throughout their lives due to a wide variety of factors. I decided I wanted to be a solution to others problems. Massage therapy allows me that space to be hands on with the healing process of so many people suffering from pain.

I am a graduate from National Holistic Institute (Emeryville, CA) with over 1300 hours of massage training and applied sciences. In addition to training, I have over 200 hours of teaching assistant and over 3 years of massage experience.

I specialize in integrative focused bodywork tailored specifically and carefully to each clients and their needs/request. I draw from various modalities I've studied such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Acupressure, Sports and more, to create a personalized and effective session.

I am based in the East Bay, I provide in and outcall massage by appointment only.
