I'm a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, specializing in Intentional Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cupping, and Facial Massage  ―  living and working near Winston Salem, North Carolina.​ 

After witnessing the impact that bodywork and somatic healing had on not only her clients, but her own life, she fell in love with these practices that can be so powerful when used with intention, and began shifting toward helping others regain their power and heal themselves.
