Meredith spent 40+ years in Corporate America as a Legal Secretary.
 
Working many hours took a toll on Meredith's arms.  Her arms would be numb from her neck to her fingertips. She was told by her doctor, the only relief she would find would be in the form of anti-inflammatory and pain meds.  In her quest to find a natural approach, Meredith discovered massage therapy.  After one deep tissue session Meredith had immediate relief.  It was at this point Meredith realized she wanted to help others with their pain.

Meredith holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and is fasciated with anatomy.  Her education and background helps her to stand out from other therapists. Meredith attended Cortiva and received her license in January of 2010. In addition to massage therapy, Meredith is also an accomplished Energy Healer.  She's been studying Reiki since the 1990's.
