Welcome! I am passionate about massage therapy and body work which began when I was a long time bartender in the service industry. I decided to follow my passion which led me to leave my bottle opener and venture off to start a small business. I enjoy assisting people live pain-free lives and generally helping them feel better through the benefits of massage therapy.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in good standing with the Arizona Board of Massage Therapy. I am also an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association for over five years now. I have acquired various modality certifications including Craniosacral Therapy (CST) Levels 1 & 2 through the Upledger Institute. Benita did a great job listening to my needs and executing on them. Many times I have gotten a massage and asked the therapist to focus on a certain area only to have them completely ignore my request. Benita focused on the areas I requested and used the amount of pressure I requested for each area.

The practice is extremely clean, simply furnished, a relaxing environment. From the time I came through the door COVID precautions were in place, which is greatly appreciated. Benita is not chatty; she is focused and very present in what she is doing. The pressure was perfect, firm but never uncomfortable at all. I had a 90 minute massage, and it was truly a full 90 minutes. She has a very effective way of releasing the muscle knots without it being painful. I will definitely return.
