Mobile Outcall Service at your location

The base rate for Mobile Outcall Service is $75.00 for Skincare Services. We do not offer DEEP TISSUE Massage Therapy services. For Mobile Spa Parties of (6 or more) call for Spa Party rates and services. Payment is required at time of booking your mobile services, which can be book online in the service menu.

Groupon Voucher Customers ~ Please READ:

1) If you have previously purchased a groupon voucher for Time Out Spa or our affiliate spas and you were serviced on your appointment ~ you were given a discount card to use for future appointments. Having stated this we will not service you on another groupon voucher. Our goal is keep you as a client and service you as a VIP this is WHY you receive the Time Out Spa Discount Card for all future appointments with the same service.

2) Groupon customers can not book appointments on this website. Call to schedule your appointment, I prefer for you to TEXT as I or my colleagues may be serving clients.

3) At the time of booking your appointment there is a $25.00 deposit to book your appointment. The $25.00 deposit is a Cancellation fee for NO SHOWS and their is NO REFUND. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment the cancellation fee will apply and can not be used towards a future date or transferred to another person. Otherwise, your $25.00 deposit will be returned to you.

4) The minimum GRATUITY Tip is $10.00 per service professional that service you. However, if you receive comfortable service based on what you purchased on your GROUPON Voucher and you are very relaxed, a grater tip or the STANDARD Gratuity tip of 15% of the regular rate for your services is Greatly Appreciated.

5) Please ARRIVE 10 minutes before the hour of your booking time. Services are 50 minutes (Massage Hours). You have purchased a SWEDISH MASSAGE which is a Light Pressure Massage. This is what is offered on GROUPON and this is the service you purchased. Please DO NOT ask your massage therapist for any service outside of what you purchased on GROUPON unless you want to upgrade your service.

6) We do not offer Therapeutic, Medical, Aromatherapy, Foot Reflexology, Bodywork on GROUPON. If these are the services you are in need of ~ you can UPGRADE before your services start. Payment in required for UPGRADES at that time.

All Customers and Clients: Please READ:

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy:

We require a 24 hour cancellation for scheduled appointments. There is NO REFUND for Cancelled appointments. You will receive a Full Credit for the cost of the services you paid for to be scheduled to another day.

Time Out Spa Gratuity Policy - We are a serviced based industry. We recommend at minimum of Gratuity Tip $10.00 cash to each massage therapist, spa specialist, or esthetician that services you....However, if you are very pleased with the service, kindly Tip the standard gratuity tip of $20.00. Thank You!
