Coaching: I reject the pathologizing model of neurodivergence—that difference is disorder—but as a neurodivergent person myself, I am keenly aware that life in a neurotypical world can be profoundly disabling. We are more likely to suffer depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, loneliness & poverty from living in a society that does not honor how we perceive, work, dream, create & love.
