Sanctuary on 2nd is located in the heart of the historic Queen Village section of South Philadelphia. Our practice is located in a Victorian era storefront in a quiet, residential section of 2nd St.

Our approach is laid back and unhurried with an emphasis on excellent therapeutic massage always with our clients' goals in mind. We believe in a thoughtful customized approach to each client and every massage session. Most of our clients work with us again and again.

We are licensed and educated with an average experience level of almost 10 years in the industry and massage therapists who have made Sanctuary on 2nd their care...

I can't recommend Al enough! Both in our experience this summer and last summer, they were kind, respectful and really took the time to make sure my partner and I had a good experience. I really enjoyed the scent we picked out and Al listened to my feedback throughout the massage to make sure it was working for me.

Ali was excellent! Very skilled and professional! I felt very listened to and Ali was totally open to any adjustments in pressure and made it so comfortable to ask. A wonderful and deeply relaxing experience. I felt like I had spent the day on the beach after 1 hour. Only gave 4 stars for ambience because I didn't love the music.

Always checks in in a really great way from things related to massage pressure to what I may not be comfortable with. I feel comfortable saying what works for me, without anxiety, and I really appreciate that. Massages are always 10/10 as well!
