Monnique Gross is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Teacher with a background in Yoga, Anatomy, Kinesiology, and Bio-Mechanics. She reverently specializes in Asian Modalities. Monnique provides the highest quality treatment in Reiki, Thai Massage, and Therapeutic Massage.

Ben Applegate is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a 3rd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. He grew up close to his father’s Chiropractic practices, watching every step of the way. He specializes in Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) and deep tissue muscle treatment.

Ben is a great conversationalist - Able to work and talk at the same time! Usually when I get a massage I like complete quiet, but since Ben is a friend its a good time to catch up! I am impressed with his ability to multi task, and create an overall pleasant experience!! Will be back in a month

This was my first experience with Reiki. Was not sure what to expect - but it was pretty amazing. It's been 24 hours and I feel a sense of calm that has not been present for quite some time.
