I’ve been a lifelong resident of Geneva, NY. I love the Fingerlakes and the communities surrounding it. I’ve chosen to build my life & business around what I consider one of the best places to live on earth. I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY in 2008. I have been in practice now for 13 years full time. I love my work & hope to bring healing and wellness to anyone in need. I Specialize in Deep tissue, Chronic pain, Frozen shoulder, Sciatic, Plantar fasciitis, Hydrotherapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Gastron Technique, Low Back, Hip & Neck, Cupping. Deeper work for severe tension, deep tissue to relieve both muscles and connective tissue. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Cupping Massage 60 Minutes

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Cups are applied to the skin to create a Vaccum, this creates an upward contrast that relieves tension and scar tissue and increases range of motion.
