James has the “gift “ of healing and the knowledge of anatomy and physiology to heal. An exceptional young man! I arrived with constant pain in my Sacroiliac joint & left after my session a new man!

I was impressed by James's skill. His analysis of my body mechanics after I provided descriptions of my pain issues was thorough. His integration of gentle movements and massage techniques were quite effective for improving my shoulder, neck and upper arm mobility and easing the pain in those areas. He was highly professional, his demeanor

Don’t go to James unless you seek the absolute very best. He is absolutely amazing. The consummate professional. He knows his stuff and goes well beyond the call of duty. I went in with decreased range of motion and pain in my left shoulder. After two treatments I feel like a different person. I cannot speak highly enough about the experience.

James Fritschle is more competent than most orthopedists in my experience. He spends time actually determining the nature of the problem, likely causes and providing recommendations on exercises, icing, heat etc. for you to implement. . His knowledge of all the musculature,nerve and skeletal systems is amazing. His massage techniques are perfect.

It was my first appointment with James, he made sure to find out where my problem areas were and any history I had with injuries. My session was customized based on my intake interview and was exactly what I needed. James was thorough and checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and to explain any observations he made during the session. James is extremely knowledgeable about the body and what can happen during stresses we put upon it while exercising or doing an event such as a triathlon. I highly recommend James.

I tell everyone James is magical. I frequently stress my body (not just muscles, but ligaments and tendons) due to overuse, and James never fails to get me back in working order. He has an extensive knowledge of the human body and the interconnectedness of our systems, personal experience as an athlete who understands stressors induced from intense training, and a gift for finding inflammation and stimulating healing. And he moves mountains in his schedule to squeeze me in when I whine-text him with my latest injury. I recommend James to all my friends with sports-related injuries.

My massage was absolutely fantastic. James was very knowledgeable about the muscles most susceptible to tightness and soreness and the imbalance that triathletes experience because of our workout schedule of swimming, biking and running. He especially worked on the tightness in my shoulders gently but effectively. I have had massages before that the therapist alleviated some of the tightness but was very rough and uncomfortable. I definitely plan to continue scheduling massages with James.
