My body was a total wreck and knotted up from head to toe from spinal injuries when I got to Carlie. Carlie brings knowledge to the table that few massage therapists possess. Her energy is immediately very calming and relaxing. Carlie has been unofficially working very well with my chiropractor and my spinal injuries for a few months now. She has gone above and beyond what most basic LMT's do. She has had so many ideas, stretch techniques and lots of feedback that has been working so well for me. I was hesitant to get a lymphatic massage, imagined it would be painful and honestly didn't know how it would benefit me. Carlie was extremely gentle and continued to ask me about my comfort level. She shared with me how important the massage is for drainage and healing. She included several tips to make my healing process more comfortable. I woke the next day feeling relieved as my swelling had gone down and my muscles felt less tense. I highly recommend Carlie and wish my doctor encouraged me to get the massage from the beginning. My only regret is I waiting so long.

Honestly I wouldn’t go to another massage therapist. It only took 1 session with her for me to keep coming back! I’m currently prepping for a physique competition, and she has pinpointed the specific areas that have injuries/the most work needed, all while still giving a super relaxing massage. I have never been to a massage therapist that truly listens the way she does and actually cares about you and how you’re feeling throughout the massage. I promise you’ll leave feeling amazing just like I do every time! If I could I’d rate her 10 stars!

I came to Carlie with some major fibro flaring knots and a really bad catch in my left shoulder blade. I immediately felt safe and cared for. She was so helpful and thoroughly explained the tools and techniques that she chose to use and why. The atmosphere was perfect and I felt very comfortable and relaxed.
