Welcome back! We are open and ready to book your next appointment! Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Some of you are ready to jump back in while others are not. That's okay. Wherever you are in this process, I am here for you when you are ready. Please be mindful of the protocols below so you know what to expect at your next appointment. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Updated Covid-19 protocol:
In staying compliant with the CDC guidelines for the Coronavirus, I will ask you to keep in mind this series of questions, which are Health Care Industry standards, before coming into your appointment:
1. In the last 14 days, have you or anyone you have been in contact with been in contact with someone who was confirmed positive for Covid-19, felt ill, currently sick or been sick with any of the following: Flu like symptoms, sneezing, coughing, stomach ache/ pain/ flu, fever, shortness of breath?
2. Have you used any public transportation; airplane, taxi, bus, subway, rideshare (Uber, Lyft) etc or been to the hospital for any reason in the last 2 weeks?
3. Have you been out of the country or state in the last 2 weeks?
4. If you are in the high risk group, you may want to abstain from coming for treatment at this time: if you are elderly immunocompromised, have diabetes, heart disease, or lung disease/asthma.
If any of these questions resonate with you, I would ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment for a minimum of 14 days after your currently scheduled appointment, assuming you do not develop any symptoms in the meantime.
If you are elderly, please know that you are welcome, as long as you understand the possible risks.
I would ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, but certainly I understand if it is last minute under these circumstances. There will be no cancellation fee during this period.
What am I doing to maintain a safe environment for your therapy?
1. At all times I will be wearing a mask. You must wear your own mask or cloth to cover your nose and mouth as well.
2. During your massage I will be wearing a face shield along with my mask as well as an apron. It is not required that I wear gloves. If you would feel more comfortable, upon request I will wear them for your massage.
3. Please allow me to open the doors in order to minimize the need for you to touch surfaces.
4. I will ask you to either wash your hands and/or use hand sanitizer. Feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer.
5. As always, all linens are changed between each patient.
6. After your departure I will disinfect all surfaces including: all doorknobs, treatment table, desk, counter, chairs, and the bathroom. This will require 30 minutes between appointments, so please try to come on time-not early.
When you arrive, please wait in your car until I call or text you. I will meet you in the parking lot to go over a series of questions about your health and any Covid risks before we enter the building.
