My education and professional background are in mental health, with over 10 years of experience working in the field. I have training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and completed a natural healing and Reiki Master initiation. Through my professional experience and personal mindfulness practice, I have discovered my passion for holding a space which allows others to decrease and manage the stress of daily life.
