I could tell Kendra read my information before the appointment. She was welcoming and attentive to my comfort. I've had some serious injuries and therefore some changes in my body mechanics that stress some muscles and ligaments, and she was able to spot these and go right to painful areas right away, giving me gentle stretching that I cannot get with yoga or on my own. She was prompt and got right to it, not wasting time like other therapists I've been to. Most importantly, I am feeling results after one visit. I am going to use her services again!
