I provide professional, medically-based therapeutic massage. Do not contact me with any inappropriate requests.

My passion for massage started when I was 15 and my mom took me to have my first massage.  She got me many massages over the years and would convince me to "rub her knots" in between sessions.  She always told me that I had a wonderful touch.

Years passed, and I decided to go into nursing.  After several setbacks I decided to go into the Massage Therapy Program at Anne Arundel Community College and practice massage until I decided what to do with my career life.  I started the program and fell...

I started the program and fell in love with massage therapy.  I excelled in the program, graduated with straight As, and won the Jeff Young Scholarship for Therapeutic Massage.

After graduation, I started working as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Elements in Edgewater.  I gained a lot of experience working there and then I moved on to work closer to home at Maryland Licensed Massage Therapy in Millersville.  While working there under the awesome instruction of Kristy Keck, LMT, I learned the art of Pregnancy Massage and earned my Certification in Pregnancy Massage.

Life took another turn for me and I got married and went back to work full time at BWMC, at which point I took private clients in my home office to keep up with my skills and I also worked part time as an Assistant Massage Instructor for AACC.  Life was very busy, but very fun.  I especially enjoyed working on my private clients and teaching at AACC.  Then I found out that my husband and I were expecting our first child.  I took a break from my clients and limited myself to teaching.  During this time I also received my certification in Myoskeletal Alignment of the Neck.

I had my baby and took a long break from massage. I have recently been working at Elements in Crofton and have gotten my skills back up to par.  I just set up my home office again and am looking forward to building my clientele.

I am passionate about the medical applications of massage therapy.  I love performing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy Massage. I also love treating those with plantarfaciitis and I seem to have a talent for hip, back and neck work.

Once again I must emphasize that I provide PROFESSIONAL, MEDICALLY-ORIENTED MASSAGE ONLY!  If I am approached with inappropriate requests, you will be banned from my practice and I will address it further as I see fit.

Tina is always so great with my problem areas but bonus she gives an amazing massage no matter what! I always come out of a session with her feeling so relaxed! My mom sent me to her for my back pain and within 1 session my pain was gone and doctors couldn't figure out what was causing it. Plus I think I find more likeable about Tina is that she is a people person and she makes her clients feel like family! I recommend her to everyone I know!!!!!

From one therapy professional to another. Tina has great knowledge, is very thorough, amazing manual skills and is excellent at draping. A fear of mine...I don't want it ALL hanging out. Looking forward to my next appt.
