Are your tight muscles slowing you down? Has checking your blind spot turned into a full body twist? No matter how active you are there are some muscles that get tight. Some do so so slowly that you don't even notice how restricted in your movement you've become until the pain starts.
There are a few things you can do yourself like Yoga, Pilates, or Fitness Training that will help slow down the restrictions when done with that specific mindset. But for the most part even these relaxing movements will not remove adhesions built up by daily life.

Amanda is always welcoming and upbeat. She has a variety of instrumental music that is soothing. I can tell her about any aches or injuries I may have, and she'll work around it like an expert. It's fun to talk with her about anything, or to fall asleep.
Normally, I can't relax when getting a massage. However, I am able to completely relax around Amanda.
