I view massage therapy as a way to help people without hurting them and my goal is for my clients to feel safe and comfortable while helping them achieve a better lifestyle physically, mentally, and emotionally with a reduction in stress and/or pain. My belief is nobody should be in pain or on medications daily if it can be avoided.
