State Certified Massage Practitioner. For the last 25 years I have used Restoration Therapy to treat pain and injuries brought on by falls, athletics, or stress. I find that this style provided me the best pressure and the techniques to quickly locate and identify spasms that need special care and attention. The movements of this style dull the sharp pain and bring balance to muscles and structure. The pressure is deep, at the edge of pain; adjusted to your experience. While this style moves quicker than most deep tissue styles, it is quicker to pullback and re-approach when the smallest change in muscle resistance is found. I work across most of the body in this fashion, always riding that edge; always moving toward balance.

At the beginning of each session we will make decisions about whether to work the whole body or focus attention to specific problems. I can approach injured joints, pains in your neck and back, frozen shoulder, tight IT Band issues, sciatica, headaches, insomnia and stress.
